Placeldn

I’m a freelance property consultant (business name Placeldn), and a partner at independent estate agency Properly, specialising in sales in South East London. I work with clients to assist them with their property searches and purchases, and I also offer a very personal estate agency service where I am the only point of contact from start to finish and I work with just a few clients at a time.

Currently based inbetween Sydenham and Penge East in SE26, I’ve always lived in London and I’m passionate about where I live and work. I’m keen to help local people, whether they’re endeavouring to get on the property ladder or a local homeowners working out the best plan to maximise the value of their property assets.
