Christmas at Sydenham Library

With a “Ho ho ho!” and a jingle of bells, Father Christmas returns to Sydenham Library!

Join us on December 14 for our Christmas Fayre, presented by the Friends of Sydenham Library. Santa will be in his grotto from noon until 3pm, ready to dish out gifts to the nice… and probably the naughtyish as well. Libraries are for everyone.

We’ll have gingerbread decoration in the morning from 10-12, and throughout the day we’ll have hot drinks and festive treats available from Trinitea & Cakes. We’ll also have craft stalls run by members of the library’s Craft Club, and a tombola run by the Friends. The perfect opportunity to round out your Christmas sh

Please note that there will be a small charge for visiting Santa and for gingerbread decoration. The children’s library will be inaccessible for the day and the main library space will likely be noisy, however our community room will be available for anybody looking for a quiet space to work.
