HERBAL MEDICINE & BEAUTY TREATMENTS
This is a one-day introduction to the topic of herbal medicine providing the opportunity to meet like-minded people and have your questions about herbal medicine answered. Tutor Anniversary Huirama will teach participants how to treat everyday ailments with a variety of herbal preparations. There will also be the opportunity to make some treatments to take home with you.

The course includes:
• Introduction herbal teas
• learning how herbal medicines work
• Make Asthma oil and calendula salve
• Make Chamomile tea bags for restfull eyes.
• harvesting, preparing and storing herbs for use as medicines
• Hand soaks and hand massage.
