Greyhound competition exhibition

Kirkdale Bookshop Gallery, 272 Kirkdale until the end of April
More than 30 artists submitted designs for artwork to decorate the new back wall of the Greyhound pub and the entries (60 in all) are fantastic. They are currently on display in the Kirkdale Bookshop Gallery, with judging to take place in April; the winner will be announced by the end of the month. The judging panel will consist of a local artist; a Lewisham Council Planning Department officer; a Sydenham trader; a public art expert; and one other, still to be decided.
