Meeting to discuss proposed development at 138 Sydenham Road

There is a proposal to develop the corner site at 138 Sydenham Road – at the junction of Sydenham Road and Knighton Park Road.

This is not as yet a planning application but the developer is keen to hear public reactions to the plans before they proceed. The proposal is for seven new flats on the corner above a retail unit with two new three bedroomed houses with gardens on Knighton Park road.
