Bell Green update
Barratt London have revised their proposals for a new housing development at Lower Sydenham – to be called the Bell Green Works. They will shortly submit a planning application to LB Lewisham for a development which will consist of 262 homes (one more than the previous scheme), 26% of which will be affordable. More information about the application is in the leaflet (above and below) which has been circulated to neighbouring roads. Full details of how to view the application – and comment on it – will be provided when the application is lodged with the planning department.
