Cobbs Quarter unveiled!

Locals were delighted when scaffolding covering part of the Cobb’s Corner building was removed last week to unveil the newly renovated Cobb’s Corner building in Kirkdale.

Congratulations to the developer and builders who are restoring the buidling to its former glory.

But bear in mind that moving into the Cobbs Quarter comes at a financial cost. Local estate agents are offering monthly rents at £1,550 per month for an unfurnished flat and £1,250 per month for an unfurnished studio flat.

Best of luck with the Cobbs Quarter. There is little doubt that it will be a success. But it’s a reminder that living in London comes at a price, particularly for those without a stake in the property market.
