Public consultation on the Lewisham Local Plan

About the Local Plan

The Local Plan sets out a long-term strategy for Lewisham Council and its partners to direct investment across the borough. It also makes up part of the Council’s statutory Development Plan and includes policies and guidelines that are used to determine planning applications. The Council is reviewing and updating the adopted plans, bringing them together into a single document. The new Local Plan will cover a twenty-year period, looking ahead to 2040.
