Former poet laureate Sir Andrew Motion helps launch 2011 Sydenham Arts Festival

The 2011 Sydenham Arts Festival will be launched at Sydenham School on Saturday 2  July at 7.30pm. Among the list of guests will be Andrew Motion (Poet Laureate from 1999- 2009).

The 2011 Festival will feature more than 60 events including  a Visual Arts Trail, an Arts in the Park Family Fun Day, a High Street Celebration and an open-air Free Film Show in Mayow Park.  The Festival brochure will be available in late May/early June.
