SAF – The Jungle Book receives rave reviews

See inclement weather notice below.

Festival favourites Spontaneous Productions follow-up last year’s smash hit Wind in the Willows with this spectacular new adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s classic tale.

India during the Raj: ‘man-cub’ Mowgli is adopted by the wolf pack and trained in the ‘law of the jungle’ by Baloo the bear and Bagheera the panther. But the man-eating tiger Shere Khan and a troop of jealous monkeys have other ideas…

Owing to inclement weather conditions the producers of The Jungle Book have secured an alternative indoor space as wet weather contingency, the Holy Trinity Church hall 5 mins from Albion Millennium Green. If you have tickets for this performance you will be informed on arrival at the venue where the show will be taking place. Alternatively, you may request to switch the dates of your ticket to another date. Please phone the box office or check the website for updates, as extra dates may be added soon.

This is an open-air production, inviting the audience to move to six or more locations on the green, over the show’s 60 minute duration. Please avoid bringing pushchairs if possible. Blankets and/or folding chairs may be brought.

“This magical show was brilliantly done…and kept the audience, many of whom were very young, entertained and entranced. ” South London Press on The Wind in the Willows
