SEE3 – the next steps

A huge thank you to everyone who made it to the Horniman Museum last Wednesday for the SEE3 One Year Celebration.

SEE3 is inviting locals to join one of the four Action Groups:

The next Neighbourhood Planning Action Group meeting will be held on Tuesday 3 Sept from 7.30pm – 9pm. If you are interested in getting involved in the local planning process, lobbying and raising awareness of potential developments that may affect your area, as well as improvements in the public spaces, please join us.

The top priorities from the Enterprise & Creative Action Group included developing robust traders associations, increasing the online information for the area, creating family friendly spaces and an evening economy in Sydenham. A shop local scheme, late night shopping and signage improvement scheme were also raised as possible projects to focus on in the next phase. The next Enterprise & Creative Action Group meeting is on Tuesday 10 Sept from 7.30pm to 9pm.

The next Community and Social Capital Action Group will be held on Tuesday 17 Sept from 7.30pm – 9pm. This is your chance to get involved in hubs, cafes and supper clubs – more cultural activities, street art and better use of existing community spaces.

The next Communications, Events and Marketing Action Group meeting will be held on Tuesday 24 Sept from 7.30pm – 9pm. For anyone with Marketing, Communications or Events skills (or for those who would like to develop them) this is a great opportunity to get involved.
