Yoga, Pilates and Salsa in Sydenham

The refurbished downstairs room at the Sydenham Centre (next to the  Post Office in Sydenham Road) has been set up as an ideal location just for yoga, Pilates and dance classes. With a newly laid wooden floor and handy access from the street, the room is an ideal place right at the heart of Sydenham and easily accessible by car, bus, train or on foot.
