Tonnes of rubbish cleared

Lewisham Council has had to close the Girton Road car park today (Wednesday 17 March) to remove a number of caravans on the site. 150 tonnes of rubbish has also been removed.

A further 175 tonnes of rubble has also been removed close to the Bowling Club on Kangley Bridge Road close to Lower Sydenham station.
