  • Fashion retailer Jack Wills has announced it will close all but three shops of its sister brand Aubin & Wills, with the remainder converting to Jack Wills. The stores are expected to close after Christmas.
  • JD Sports has announced it will open a new format store in London. The new format JD Pro is aimed at wealthy sports enthusiasts. The store will be located in the former Next store on Bow Lane.
  • Sports Direct has announced that it is launching a superstore format trial. As part of the trial, Sports Direct is planning to open up to 10 larger stores to test the new format.
  • H&M will open a new store in Wokingham next month. The new store will be located in the Washington Square Shopping Centre and will take over four retail units. The opening is set for the 27th November.
  • WHSmith has launched a new format store as a trial in Baker Street, London. The new store is branded WHSmith Office and sells stationery, office products and best selling business books.
  • X Factor judge Tulisa Constavlos opened a pop-up shop today for her new clothing range TFB, which is in collaboration with fashion retailer Bank. The store opened today at Westfield London.
  • John Lewis has opened its new format department store in Exeter. Interactive screens and digital store guides are part of the new flexible format. The store is located in the former Debenhams unit on Sidwell Street.
